“Kundalini Yoga will dawn on you the secret of how to be Healthy, Happy and Holy.”- Yogi Bhajan
While many yoga studios offer one style of the yoga practice, our studio is committed and focused on the total teachings of yoga. Kundalini Yoga is a Raj Yoga and is considered the most powerful and inclusive of all yogas. One year of its practice equals twenty two years of other types of yoga practice combined. “All 22 main types of yoga are like the facets of a diamond, while Kundalini is the diamond itself” ~ Yogi Bhajan. Its origins come from the beginning of time and the root of its teachings appears to be found in the wisdom of every culture.
What does this mean for you?
By attending our classes you obtain a broader and deeper understanding of the physical, mental and philosophical yoga disciplines and how they work together as a whole. This allows for a graceful acceleration of your practice while remaining well-balanced and grounded. The practice provides you with both modern and ancient tools to utilize towards a personal discipline and to awaken you to your true self. It will both transport and transform you to the untapped source than is already within you. It is a natural unfolding of your own nature.
We are humbled by the overwhelming response we receive on the effectiveness of our classes. While we receive consistent and continuous positive feedback from the personal experiences of our students, we want you to experience the power of Kundalini Yoga for yourself.
What else can you expect?
In addition to your personal practice, you will meet many students, like yourself, who make up our growing and diverse yoga community. You will experience a flowing positive energy from warm and genuine people who also provide encouragement, mutual support, and just plain friendly interaction. While we are confident that our teaching methods will meet or exceed your expectations to keep your practice growing, you may find yourself coming to class just to continue experiencing the positive interaction among your fellow students as well as joy of leaving with a smile on your face.
We welcome you and look forward to seeing you soon.
