Join us and celebrate the U.N. International Day of Yoga, a special event that honors the beautiful and ancient science of Yoga in as many as 178 United Nation countries. World Yoga Day is celebrated by the people throughout the world honoring the biggest yoga event in history while raising awareness of the many benefits of practicing yoga.

Join us for FREE Yoga and Meditation classes for all experience levels. This is a great opportunity for you to introduce someone new to Yoga, so gather your friends, family & neighbors and join us for this wonderful event!

5:00pm Yin Yoga – bring balance and calmness to the body, mind & spirit by working on the ligaments, bones, joints, and deep fascia.

6:00pm “Pranayama” – Yogic breathing revitalizes the body, steadies the emotions, and creates great clarity of mind. Pranayama is subtle but very powerful and a vital part of yoga practice.

7:00pm Kundalini Yoga – a dynamic blend of postures, pranayam, mantra and music which teach you the art of relaxation, self-healing and elevation.

8:00pm Meditation – one of the most ancient techniques known to mankind, and certainly one of the most essential. Go beyond the mind, connect to yourself and experience your own essence.
