A spiritual cleanse

India is known as the motherland of ancient wisdom and is the home of the oldest pilgrimage tradition in the whole world. There are thousands of sacred sites known as tirthas, meeting places of heaven and earth, where one crosses the endless cycle of birth, death, and rebirth to reach the shore of enlightenment and liberation.

Tirthas are powerful vortexes of energy that raise an individual’s consciousness while the experience of higher dimensions is easier to attain. Spiritual practices performed at these ancient holy sites multiply millions of times over, dissolve lifetimes of karma and greatly speed up spiritual progress.

It felt like a personal invitation and recognition from you

Namaste Cosmin, I remember you looking me in the eyes and saying you should go to India with us. It was only a couple of weeks later after I started yoga on New Years Eve. It felt like a personal invitation and recognition from you that this was important for me. I have wanted for over 20 years for any teacher to journey back to India and take me. It is not possible for Mary to physically yet the universe provided me the opportunity to have a most profound spiritual journey. Thank you I am extremely blessed for all you’ve done and made possible.

Itinerary & Highlights

“A place of pilgrimage is where the currents [flow] from the body towards the soul, where the whole atmosphere is charged; from where people have achieved samadhi, from where people realized their enlightenment. Such places have become specially charged. In such a place, if you just open your sails, without doing anything else, your journey will begin.”

A bath here is said to have the power of purifying & clearing away all of one’s sins and freeing one from the cycle of rebirth.

In the evening, the town slows down as sadhus and pilgrims prepare for the nightly Ganga Aarti, the Divine light ceremony. Enjoy the sunset, the Himalayas’ majesty,

and the Ganges’ beauty while feeling a deep sense of bliss, reverence,
and spiritual connection.

Lakshman Jhula: The famous hanging bridge across Ganga

Dharamshala means “a spiritual dwelling,” the home of the Tibetan exile community in India and their spiritual leader, His Holiness the Dalai Lama. This warm and friendly hill station town is filled with Buddhist temples, monasteries, and Tibetan shops, surrounded by rolling snow-capped mountains.

Our stay in Dharamshala will include monastery visits, learning about Tibetan culture, walks in the beautiful nearby forests, and opportunities to hike uphill
for yoga and meditation in the foothills of the great Himalayas.
